"Pater theunis Rutten /: van Daalen /: het woord van Daalen gevoegd achter de woorden van Teunis Rutten, ingevolge Autorisatie van de Regtbank van eerste aanleg Zitting houdenden te Amsterdam de eenentwintich September achttien Honderd Zevenentwintich, Laren den Elfden ......... achttien honderd Zeventwintich. De Burgemeester en Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken stand. J... van den Brink"
