DOCHTER NEELTJE
Dochter Neeltje trouwt met Roelof Gooitzens Nicolai een broer van Atze Gooitzens, directe voorouder uit deze reeks.
Neeltje heeft nogal wat te stellen met Roelof die hoge schulden maakt en om alle ellende te ontlopen zonder iets te laten weten vertrekt. Hij laat daarmee Neeltje met de schulden zitten.

Reid van de Ley schrijft hierover in het Genealogysk Jierboek 2000:

Op 20 juny 1743 leit Neeltje in ferklearring ôf oer har man:

'Neeltie Johannes echte huisvrouw van Roei Goytsens, dog bij absentie van haar man in eigen saken agerende, wonende tot Buytenpost, welke te kennen heeft gegeven dat gedagte hare man voor ongeveer agtien dagen op een heymelijke wijse, gans buyten wetenschap van haar Neeltie Johannes, is vertrokken, sonder te weten waar na toe ende haar Neeltie Johannes na sulks kenlijk is geworden dat gemelde haar man zo voor als staande huwelijk met haar, veel en menigvuldige schulden heeft opgeleyd en gemaakt, buyten haar kennisse en geweten'.

De skulden kinne net betelle wurde.
Roelof is letter wol wer op 'e lapen kaam.
