klein vrouwtje (onder 1.60). Streng gereformeerd opgevoed en altijd gebleven. Nooit hertrouwd. Ook toen ze minder mobiel werd kreeg ze de preken van de dominee nog thuis afgeleverd en die werden trouw beluisterd. Op zondag mocht er niets behalvenaar de kerk gaan. Als ze dan op visite was (pa haalde haar bijna iedere zondag) kregen we soms thee met een drupje rum voor de lekkere smaak. Alcohol op zondag mocht natuurlijk niet maar ze wist niet dat het erin zat want dat vertelden we haarniet. Lekker dat ze het vond! Ze heeft nooit geweten dat er rum in zat.
