Gockinga d.d. 5-3-1749 in erfpacht over aan Jan Jacobs Blaak twee blokplaatsen (genummerd 2 en 4) "met de behuisinge daaropstaande gelegen in de Wildervank op nummer 25, ... en voorheen door Hindrik Jurjens in pacht gebruikt is..". De jaarpacht zal f40 bedragen, "dog sal pagtenaar vrieheid hebben gemelde pagt af te lossen na vijve ten hondert tot op 30 of 35 gl. toe." Voor overdracht dient ditmaal f100 aan Gockinga betaald te worden {RA Vmm-7}.
