De jaarpacht zal f40 bedragen, "dog sal pagtenaar vrieheid hebben gemelde pagt af te lossen na vijve ten hondert tot op 30 of 35 gl. toe." Voor overdracht dient ditmaal f100 aan Gockinga betaald te worden {RA Vmm-7}.
