Op 21-02-1788 koopt Stoffel van de Plasse de hofstede aan de Catalijneweg in Borssele, genaamd hoeve Stadhoek, gebouwd omstreeks 1684.

Pieter van Eikeren w.s. geboortig van ’s-Heerenhoek(RK) ,levert aan Stoffel van de Plasse een hofstede en verdere timmeragie in Stadhoek met 69 gem. wei en zaailand daar de gemelde hofstede op staat voor £ 21 per gemet.

OP 19-04-1799 verkoopt Stoffel van de Plasse aan Adriaan Grootemaat een hofstede in Stadthoek, met 69 gemeten wei-en zaailand voor £ 30 per gemet.

Na 1962 is de hofstede een camping geworden.( Opm: is dit de huidige Camping De Vergeethoek, Catalijneweg 45 ?)

In 1799 kocht Stoffel de korenmolen gelegen op de grens van Nisse en ’s-Heer Abtskerke, na zijn overlijden heeft zijn weduwe de molen in 1801 verkocht.(Opm.: is dit de huidige Korenmolen "De Poel" http://www.molendatabase.nl/nederland/molen.php?nummer=899 ?)

Beroepen Stoffel: winkelier, landbouwer en molenaarsbaas (Hij was molenaar op de molen op de grens van de heerlijkheden Nisse en ’s-Heer Abtskerke.)
