in de akte wordt ook vermeld dat gedaagde zich ook wel noemt cornelia of Maria Cornelia Hartman.



In de nietig verklaring van het huwelijk wordt ook Willemina als gedaagde opgeroepen. Bij het 3e huwelijk met Harmina Schreiber wordt verklaard dat het vorige huwelijk nietig is verklaard.
Dus men mag aan nemen dat huwelijk tussen Cornelia / Willemina en Jurrien nooit heeft plaatsgehad.
