Rinske is later getrouwd te Wonseradeel op 21 december 1983, op 66-jarige leeftijd met Yde Bergstra (66 jaar oud), geboren te Wirdum op 2 november 1917, manufacturier, melktapper en verzekeringsagent. In de meidagen van 1940 vocht hij tegen de Duitse paratroepen in de Waalhaven, Rotterdam. Werd gevangen genomen, maar korte tijd later vrijgelaten. Na de oorlog bleef hij ca. twee jaar bij de Binnenlandse strijdkrachten. Ging daarna bij zijn vader werken op de boerderij onder St. Annaparochie (slechts ca. 400 meter buiten Beetgum). Werd 30 okt. 1947, toen hij op de motor op weg was van Wirdum naar zijn werk, overreden door een melkauto die geen deugdelijke richtingaanwijzers voerde. Overleeddiezelfde dag, 's middags, aan de gevolgen van een schedelbasisfractuur.
Getrouwd 1941 tegen de wil van zijn vader. Werd arbeider te Oosterbierum bij Sybe Andringa; betrok een arbeiderswoning aan de Hornestreek. In december 1944 kwam de verzoening met zijn vader tot stand (pake zat in de gevangenis, en het vee had dringend verzorging nodig). Na de oorlog vertrok het gezin naar Wirdum en betrok een huis aan de zgn. Arjenspôlle.
Van zijn karakter hoort men niets dan goeds. Rechtschapen, groot plichtsbesef,innerlijk beschaafd, enigszins bescheiden.
