Bij de begrafenis van Wolter Dries wordt 12 gld. 18 st. 4 p. in het bekken gedaan. Zijn weduwe betaalt voor het beste laken. Aanname dat het deze Wolter Dries betreft.
Aanname dat Wolter Gelmers, broer van Gelmer en Jan Gelmers dezelfde is als Wolter Dries, aangezien zijn weduwe en Hindrik en Frerik Wolters respectievelijk in 1742 en 1745 de opvolgers zijn van Grietien Gelmers in 1646 (waarschijnlijk huis 71). Ook aanname dat zijn vrouw Trijntien Bavinge is en dat haar vader Frerik Bavinge is.
Op 4-4-1746 wordt een schuldbrief ingeschreven die op 25-6-1739 was opgesteld en waarin Trijntien Bavinge, weduwe van Wolther Dries en haar beide zoons Hindrik Wolthers en Frederik Wolthers verklaren 50 gld schuldig te zijn aan Gelmer Gelmers als hoofdmomber over het zoontje van Reinder Luinge en Jantien Gelmers (Roelof Luinge Noord).
In 1742 verkopen Roelof Lunsche als voormomber over de kinderen van Allert Ebbinge en Hindrik Wolthers voor zichzelf en voor zijn broer Frerik Wolthers een hofje aan Marten Jansen en huisvrouw Wemeltijn Luigijs, gelegen bij het huis van de aankopers.
Kinderen uit dit huwelijk:
1. Hindrik Wolters (zie IIIa), overleden 1761 in Peize, begraven 22-4-1761.
2. Frerik Wolters, overleden 1761 in Peize, begraven 19-5-1761. Op 19-5-1761 wordt Frerik Wolters begraven, in het bekken ruim 4 gld. De weduwe van Hindrik Wolters betaalt voor het laken.
