Durk Tabak (1902 te Harkema - 1949 te Augustinusga) is een tweevoudig moordenaar en kunstenaar.
In 1930 werd Tabak veroordeeld tot 15 jaar cel nadat hij in een Drachtser café de 29-jarige Jan van der Meulen had doodgestoken. Enkele jaren na zijn vrijlating schoot hij in Augustinusga zijn minnares Grietje Groenland-Hayema dood. Na deze gruwelijke daad pleegde hij zelfmoord door zichzelf door zijn slaap te schieten. Tabak was een begiftigd tekenaar, maar daarnaast kon hij ook verdienstelijk trekharmonica spelen. Tot zijn vriendenkring behoorden IJe Wijkstra en Jan Hut. Tabak zou ook zijngoede kanten hebben gehad. Zo schijnt hij bij de hond in het hok gekropen zijn toen het dier bang was voor het onweer.
