Amersfoort verklaart dat hij binnenkort als erfgenaam van zaliger Ida van Davelaer, zijn grootmoeder (=tante), beleend zal worden met het hele erf de Louff, onder Leusden. Behorende bij de 26 hoeven. Met goedkeuring van Steven Colenberch, burgemeester van Amersfoort, getrouwd met Margareta van Davelaer en van Ariaentge van Davelaer, zusters van Peter. Ook van Grietge van Davelaer, wed. Christoffel van Blocklandt, grootmoeder (=tante) van Peter. Peter, Margareta en Ariaentge bezitten ieder 1/6 deel. De helft is van hun grootmoeder. Bij testament van Ida van Davelaer d.d. 29-12-1595 voor notaris Dompselaer is het erf deelbaar gemaakt. Zo heeft hun vader Peter van Davelaer, die een broer van Ida was, de helft geërfd en Grietge, die een zuster was van Ida, de andere helft. Peter belooft het erf, waarvan hij 1/6 deel bezit, niet als zijn eigendom te beschouwen. [DG Leusden 1049]
