In 1714 is er vastgoed te Hemrik verkocht (inventaris 15 juli 1718; testament d.d. 22 juni 1718 )
Uit dit testament blijkt dat er een bedrag van 3953 Carolie guldens te vorderen is van o.a. Lycklama van Nijholt voor niet betaald land. De meeste kinderen erven gemiddeld 300 gulden. Voor de 5 jongste kinderen wordt een bedrag van 500 gulden gereser veerd. De jongste kinderen worden vertegenwoordigd door Leffert Sytses Hemrica
