Jarich van Burum
Op 30-11-1660 werd Jarigh van Burum vaandrig in de compagnie van Walta, als opvolger van J. van Eckringa.
Op 25-3-1664 werd Jargh van Burum opgevolgd als vaandrig in de compagnie van S. van Walta, door Ernst Frederick Vegelin van Claerbergen.
Op 19-3-1664 werd J(arich) van Burum kapitein als opvolger van A(ndries) Douma.
Op 31-3-1685 werd I(arich) van Burum als kapitein opgevolgd door K(eimpe) Fullenius.

Jarich van Burum werd in 1643 geboren. In 1672 bekleedde hij den rang van ritmeester bij een regiment cavallerie.
Hij bleef in den krijgsdienst en maakte als kapitein van eene compagnie te voet, den zevenjarigen oorlog mee. (AAB: zevenjarige oorlog was pas in de 18e eeuw?)
Hij stierf, ongehuwd, tegen het einde der XVIIe eeuw.
