Floris I (Vlaardingen, 1030 – Gelderland, 28 juni 1061) was een Friese graaf die van 1049 tot 1061 het bewind voerde over de gebieden die later bekend zouden worden als het graafschap Holland. Hij volgde zijn broer Dirk IV op.

Floris werd omstreeks 1030 geboren. Hij trouwde rond 1050 met zijn nicht, de toen zeventien jaar oude Geertruida van Saksen. Zij was de dochter van de broer van zijn moeder, Bernhard II, hertog van Saksen, en Eilica van Schweinfurt. Hun kinderen waren:

Adelheid van Holland (1045-1085), gehuwd met Boudewijn I van Guînes Dirk V van Holland (1054-1091) Bertha van Holland (ca. 1058-1094), gehuwd met Filips I van Frankrijk Floris I was een afstammeling van Karel de Grote.

Op terugtocht van Zaltbommel werd Floris I te Nederhemert vermoord; hij werd begraven in de Abdij van Egmond.
