Zij was namelijk ongehuwd gebleven, zodat dan ook voor de collaterale succesie de door haar nagelaten goederen werden getaxeerd op 4-12-1677 in Oisterwijk R 371 (II), f.50, uit welke acte ook haar nauwkeurige overlijdens datum te Oisterwijk bekend wordt als te zijn : 31-10-1677. Tijdens haar leven werd zij als "MARIE, dochter van MARTEN JANS. VAN BEURDEN" vermeld in margine ener acte en wel op 2-4-1644, zulks aan de kant van die acte , te vinden in Oisterwijk R 325,f.17 dd.12-3-1631.
