Schijndelse schepenbrief waarin Marten, Dirck, Eymbert, Jan en Thuenis broers zonen van Hendrick Eymberts VOETS, Lambert THIELENS man en momboir van Dircxken zijn vrouw, dochter van Hendrick Eymberts Voets voorschreven, Eymbert Hendrick VOETS en Clkaes JANSSEN als momboirs over Hendrick, Jan en Hendricxken onmondige kinderen van Mathijs Hendrick VOETS verwekt bij Maria Jan TONISSEN zijn vrouw. Ze zijn allen testamentaire erfgenamen volgens een acte van decreet en authorisatie van de schepenen van Berlicum dd. 15 april 1692. Ze hebben wettelijk en erfelijk verkocht Corstiaen Arien VOETS ten behoeve van Gijsbert Jan SMITS twee stukken teulland aan elkaar gelegen met houtwas, rechten en andere toebehoren groot een morgen grond binnen de parochie van Schijndel onder de hoek Lutteleijnde ter plaatse op de Ceur belend door Gijsbert Jan Smits, de gemeynte, Hugo Hubens tot aan het erf van beide eersten. Lasten waarmee dit teulland is bezwaard: drie blanken grondcijns aan de Heer van Helmond en d egebruikelijke dorpslasten. Getuigen waren de schepenen Claes SMULDERS en Christiaen HUYBENS. Het stuk was destijd svoorzien van het schependomszegel van Schijndel. Ondertekening door G. DE JONG secretaris.
