Omdat Maria uit Dongen komt, ga ik ervan uit dat Maria en Gerart in 1646 in Dongen trouwen. Ik ga er ook van uit dat Maria een dochter van Adriaen Sijmonszn Coppelaer is. Uit de akte van verdeling van de erfenis van Maria's broer Servaes (februari 1673) begrijp ik dat de achternaam van Gerart (dan) 'Grutter' is. Maria leeft in 1673 niet meer, ik neem aan Gerart ook niet meer. Maria's kinderen met Gerart (Maria, Adriaen, Merten, Cornelia, Peeter, Jenneken en Geerit) zijn in plaats van hun moeder erfgenaam van hun oom Servaes.

Their notice of marriage was on April 7, 1646 in Geertruidenberg.Source 1
