Van Johanna zijn (mij) geen doopgegevens bekend in Streefkerk of Groot-Ammers. De eerdere kinderen waren gedoopt in Streefkerk, en de latere in Groot-Ammers. Zij was lidmaat te Groot-Ammers in 1724 (samen met haar man Jan Otterspoor), beide ook in 1741 en alleen in 1749. Verhuist naar Bergambacht en later naar Alblasserdam. Gegevens van het bestaan van Johanna afkomstig van een website (Otterspoor).
