Arien (Adriaen) Hendriksz Verloop was lidmaat te Asperen ìop belijdenis 6 april 1689î. Hij was diaken bij de hervormde kerk van Asperen in 1700/01 en 1705/6, kerkmeester van 1708 tot 1715, en ouderling in 1731/32.

Hij wordt Adriaan Hendricksen Verloop genoemd in de leenboeken van Asperen in 1707. Hij en zijn vrouw Anna leefden nog in 1730 gedurende een gerechterlijke procedure omtrent de dood van hun dochter Teuntje en kleinzoon Pieter vlak daarna (beide stierven aan de pokken) (bron: "Beschreiving van de Stad en Baronnie Asperen" uit 1745 door Martinus Beekman). Lammerd van Maurik, de man van Teuntje, spande deze procedure aan omdat hij betwistte dat de helft van het erfgoed van het kind zou toekomen aan de grootouders van moederís zijde. Dit ging gerechtelijk gezien hoog op naar Den Haag, waarna een vonnis werd afgekondigd ten gunste van grootouders Arien en Anna, die daarna een uitkoop regelden met de vader van het kindÖ..

Bij de verponding in Asperen in 1731 wordt hij aangeslagen voor wonend in zijn eigen huis met erf alsmede ìÖ gebruikt hij sijn eigen bogaardÖî.
