Deze Thomas was waarschijnlijk de stichter/bouwer en pensionhouder van Pension/Hotel Th. Verloop in Noordwijk aan Zee. Wegens opheffing werd de inboedel verkocht door zijn zoon Arie (Aai) in 1917. In 1949 had het hotel 80 kamers. Het hotel werd in 1985 gesloopt.
