Leendert verkreeg door erfenis van zijn vrouw o.a. een huis meterf en een slachthuis gelegen aan de Hopsteeg te Delft alsmede een paarpakhuizen en/of werkplaatsen in Den Haag, 2 obligaties van 1000 dollarin de Ohio Railway Company en 4 aandelen in de Amsterdamse LikwidatieKas. Hij kreeg een bedrag van ca. f 25.000,- en zijn kinderen kregenieder bijna f 4000,- plus een verdeling van de sieraden van hun moeder.
