Bij zijn overlijden werd het verkocht aan de adellijke familie van PRAETGŠ??????Bron " Kamer van Heemkunde ' T Getouw " Gemeente archief te MolGŠ??????Begraven in de Sint Pieterskerk ( Graf werd niet bewaard )GŠ??????Rekwestboek 1751 - 1757 : 110 , 15 ( Maart 1755 )GŠ??????De wezen van + Walterus Praets wed Cath Vos en nu Elis Thielens met mombers J.Moons en J.B. Claes. Praets heeft voordochter verwekt aan Cath Vos en deze voornoemde dochter is gehuwd met Andries Boons. De voor en na kinderen van Praets erven huys,hof bemb aan de plaetse.De mombers hebben dit huys verkocht aan de Heer Van Praet voor 3.300 gl en dus merkelijk hoger dan het voordien gekocht was door voornoemde Praets van wijlen Raad van Langendonck. Verzoek van Praet te mogen goeden.
