Een deel van deze percelen werd op 24 mei 1802 door Maria de Koning verkocht aan Jan van Briemen voor f 1500.-. Op 1 sept. 1792 transporteerd Jacobus Hendriksz. de Koning ten gunste van Maria een hofstede genaamd "`t Ojevaarsnest" (welk in juni 1792 eveneens door de erfgenamen van Alida Vermeulen bij openbare veiling aan Jacobus was verkocht voor f 5303.- waarvan f 2000.- als hypotheek), zijnde een huis met twee schuren, tezamen groot ca. 27 morgen bouw-, wei-hooi- en houtland gelegen te Rietveld. De koopsom bedroeg eveneens f 5303.-plus het Woerdensmergengeld over 1790, en de ordinaire en extraordinaire verpondingen en ongelden uit januari 1792. In 1803 verkocht Maria de hofstede met bijbehorend land aan Jan van Briemen.
