Adriaen woonde van 1653-59 in het hoekhuis aan de zuidzijde van de Zoutstraat. Voorts van 1659-70 in de Roosencrans op de hoek van de Prinsenkade en de Zoutstraat. Adriaen en zijn tweede vrouw Cathelijn Vermaet kopen enkele huizen die in 1679 weer worden verkocht: in 1658 't houten Haenken aan het Gasthuiseinde, in 1662 de drye Sterren naast hun andere huis 'den Haen' en in 1669 een huis aan de westzijde van de Molenstraat, 'den Houttuyn' aan de Visstraat. In 1673 wordt gekocht 'den hollantschen tuyn' aan de Vismarkt
