RAL-LvO 1755, 38r: Op 17 januari 1645 ruilde Laurens Dircx, gehuwd met Catharijn Brants, met volmacht van zijn schoonmoeder Anna Brants, onroerende goederen met Jan Bemelmans, gehuwd met Neul Limpens. Bemelmans kreeg een morgen land op de "groten bosch", grenzend aan Servaes Huntgens en Geurt Horsmans, alsmede een weide te Nierhoven onder Nuth [geen maten gegeven], grenzend aan Christiaen Wijngaerts en de erfgenamen Jan Houtbeckers. Dircx ontving in ruil een halve morgen akkerland gelegen "achter de hel in de sijp" onder Nuth, grenzend aan Frans Bemelmans en jonker Bastarts erven. Ook zou Dircx nog 100 gulden ontvangen.

RAL-LvO 1755, 190r: Op 22 januari 1658 ruilde Jan Driessen, zoon van Andries en Jenne Welden, onroerende goederen met Jan Bemelmans, gehuwd met Neel Limpens. Bemelmans ontving ca. anderhalve morgen akkerland op de Nelisweg onder Nuth, grenzend aan Willem Tummers, Steven Raemaeckers, de Nelisweg en Gertruijdt Schilders. Driessen kreeg in ruil een halve morgen akkerland "in de sijp achter de helle" onder Nuth, grenzend aan Vaes Lijmpens, Anna Nijpels en de vloedgraaf. Ook zou Driessens nog 100gulden ontvangen.

RAL-LvO 175, 202r: Op 8 november 1659 verklaarde Jan Bemelmans, gehuwd met Cornelia Limpens, dat hij op 22 september 1659 van Anthonis Gobens, burger en koopman te Maastricht en gehuwd met Anna Leborix, 300 gulden geleend had tegen 6 1/4%, waarvoorhij borgde met de volgende onder Nuth gelegen onroerende goederen:
a) een halve bunder weide te Nierhoven onder Nuth, grenzend aan Jan DEbets, de Molenweg en Jan Pitsweggen;
b) een morgen weide te Nierhoven onder Nuth, grenzend aan Jan Debets, Peter Holtbeckers en de straat naar de kerk van Nuth

LvO 1744 (processtukken): Jan Bemelmans sluit een overeenkomst met broer Franciscus op 19 juli 1662. Daarbij leende hij geld van zijn broer om de brandschade aan zijn huis te herstellen
