    Bij de familiebijeenkomst aan het sterfhuis moest juffrouw Havius het testament te voorschijn brengen. De nalatenschap van ruim twee en een kwart millioen gulden ging in twee helften, de eene aan mevrouw Pauw, de andere aan de elf kinderen van mevrouw van Aerssen. Juffrouw en Willem Havius werden goed bedacht. Sorghvliet werd voor 12000 gulden in de kaveling voor mevrouw Pauw ingebracht.
