Klaas (geboren 5 mei 1925 te Zegveld, overleden 23 maart 1980 te Utrecht) is op 10 juni 1947 getrouwd met Geesje de Leeuw (geboren 6 juli 1923 te Woerden, overleden 7 september 1989 te Utrecht). Begin juni 1950 verhuizen zij naar een woning aan de Hoofdweg, waar nu Zonkant staat.
