Camp 2 Impre and Ballast County, staat Illinois in Noord-Amerika, blijkens acte van lastgeving den 30-3-1906, in minuut verleden voor den notaris Hendrik Beker te Steenderen en
4. Grietje van den Brink, dienstbode wonende te Zutphen, samen ter eene en
5. Herman Jansen, korenmolenaar wonende te Vierakker gemeld, ter andere zijde,
verklaren de volgende overeenkomst gesloten te hebben, te weten:
De contractanten ter eene, zoo in prive als in hoedanigheid, verklaren verkocht te hebben en hierbij in koop af te staan aan den contractant ter andere zijde, die verklaart van de contractanten ter eene gekocht te hebben en hierbij in koop aan te nemen: een onverdeeld vier/vijfde gedeelte (behoorende het overige een/vijfde gedeelte aan Wilhelmina Maria van den Brink, echtgenoote van den contractant ter andere zijde) van zes zitplaatsen in de kerk der Hervormde Gemeente te Wichmond, gemeente Warnsveld (welke kerk bij het kadastraal bekend is als gemeente Warnsveld, sectie E nummer 350).
Contractanten verklaren: dat zij deze overeenkomst van verkoop en koop hebben gesloten:
a. voor den prijs van f 160,-, welke de contractanten ter eene verklaren van den contractant ter andere zijde ontvangen te hebben en waarvoor zij dezen, zonder eenig voorbehoud kwiteeren bij dezen en,
b. met bepaling dat de kooper den 1-1-1908 in het bezit en genot van het door hem gekochte zal treden en de daarvan geheven wordende lasten, van even gemeld tijdstip af, zal moeten voldoen.
Aldus opgemaakt en geteekend ter respectieve woonplaatsen in november 1907.

Vrijdagnacht is de molen foto26 van H. Jansen alhier, genaamd "de Vlijt", afgebrand. Door het neervallen van de brandende wieken werd ook de naastliggende winkel, bakkerij en woonhuis door het vuur aangetast. Het geheele complex en de in een schuur geborgen winkelvoorraad en het meubilair zijn verbrand. De bewoners, die door omwonenden werden gewekt, konden zich niet dan met de grootste moeite in veiligheid brengen. Het verbrande was verzekerd, doch nauwelijks voor de helft van de tegenwoordige waarde. Oorzaak onbekend.
