Na haar huwelijk met Willem Starmans, mijnwerker en vriend van haar broer Winand Joseph, wordt er

samen met Winand Joseph (545) een stuk grond gekocht aan de Kloosterboschstraat 24-26 te

Chevremont / Kerkrade. Samen laten ze hier een dubbel huizenblok neerleggen, waar ze hun leven

lang hebben gewoond. Vanuit het huis van Winand Joseph kon je achterom door een gezamenlijke

veranda, waar overigens een prachtige koperen waterpomp stond, naar de woning van Anna Maria,

die in de familie bekend stond onder de naam "Tant Sjtarmans" . Ze was lid van de H. Familie en

de Derde Orde.
