Uit het huwelijk met Bastiaen had zij tenminste twee kinderen, Peeter en Adriaentje, die omstreeks 1635 geboren moeten zijn . Grietje zal dus tot de oudere kinderen van Fredrick behoren
lijst van 1671. Ze wordt genoemd als Grietje Freriks, weduwe van Bastiaen Commeren
