200«sup»e«/sup» penning niet boven f 4000,-- te zijn gequotiseerd. Is een lastig te lezen akte
waar ik het volgende uit weet te halen. Voor hem verschenen de juffrouwen
«b»Geertruij Rotteveel en Catarina Rotteveel gezusters wonende alhier in Den «/b»
«b» Haag. Beide kloek en gezond van lichaam en geest«/b».
Zij benoemen elkaar tot enige en universele erfgenamen en laten iets vastleggen
over wat er met hun bezittingen moet gebeuren nadat ook de langstleven van hun is
gestorven. Er wordt een legaat van 100 Caroliguldens vastgelegd voor
Catarina Rotteveel de dochter van Adriaen Rotteveel. De andere erfgenamen zullen
hun 3 gebroeders zijn met name:
Joost Rotteveel, Adriaen Rotteveel en Cornelis Rotteveel. Bij overlijden van
een broer gaat de erfenis over op zijn kind(eren) En als er geen kinderen zijn
wordt het in gelijke porties verdeeld over de andere broers etc.
