uiterste wil vast waarbij al het eerder vastgelegde komt te vervallen.
Ze legt diverse legaten vast waaronder één van 3000 Caroligulden aan haar
zwager Thomas van Dalen.

«b» Hij was haar schoonzoon! Werd dat destijds anders benoemd?«/b»
Uit akte blijkt dat Aplonia voor Aplonia van Dalen het nagelaten kind van haar
overleden dochter (niet in akte vermeld: kind van Catharina Rotteveel en
de in deze akte vermelde Thomas van Dalen) een legaat van 300 Car. gulden.
Ze legt ook iets vast voor haar tegenwoordige dienstmaagd. Kan het echter niet
goed lezen. Tot haar enige en universele erfgenamen wijst zij aan: de kinderen
van haar 2 overleden dochters en dat zijn
1= Catharina Rotteveel gehuwd met Thomas van Dalen Vendumeester dezer stede
De kleinkinderen Jacomina en Aplonia van Dalen. Bij vroeg overlijden
van een kleinkind vervalt het deel aan vader Thomas van Dalen.
