    In de avond van 20-02-1970 vergaan. Tijdens zeer zwaar weer 20 mijl ten Noorden van Terschelling, waarbij vijf man het leven liet. Later is het wrak terug gevonden op de positie 53°20'20N 04°29'90E.
    Op 06-05-1970 werd het lichaam van Wim Ouwehand opgevist door de VD 6 en door de Mrb. CARLOT naar Terschelling gebracht.
    De bemanning bestond uit:
    Schipper, Anton van Welie, 28 jaar,
    Stuurman, Wim Ouwehand, 28 jaar,
    Monteur, Jaap van der Boon, 20 jaar,
    Matroos, Jaap Schaap, 17 jaar en
    Matroos, Cees Krijgsman, 16 jaar.
