Notes about Adrianus Vloeberghs

Hij is vermoedelijk drie maal gehuwd geweest. Volgens Jos Smits isgebleken dat Adriaen geen pachter is geweest van de hoeve van Nevelsteynin Vremde, maar op de Vennehoeve woonde in Vennestraete. De hoeve vanNevelsteyn, die overigens op het Hagenbroek in Lier gelegen was, werduitgebaat door zijn gelijknamige zoon Adriaen Vloeberghs.
In de pachtboeken van de Sint Bernardusabdij in Hemiksem staat in folio52 r. (1698) dat de hoeve aan Adriaen Vloeberch en Adriaen Heijns (gehuwdmet Petronella Segers) is verhuurd voor de duur van zes jaar. AdriaenVloebergh pachtte het eerste deel enAdriaen Heijns het tweede.
De hoeve omvatte volgens een meting in 1653 49 bunder, 390 roeden en 6voet. In het contract staat: 'De pachters gehouden sijn hun te regulerennaer ploech ende hoeffsrecht laetende de derde vore van het lantonbesayt'.
De hoeve wordt ook wel De Venstrate genoemd en had in 1570 eenoppervlakte van 44 bunder en 128 roeden. In 1566 was deze hoeve alverpacht aan Nicolaas Vloeberghs, gehuwd met Clemmeken. De jaarlijkspacht moest betaald worden in de Abtsherberge in Lier.
Adriaen Heijns was de tweede echtgenoot van Joanna Vloeberghs, dochtervan Jan Vloeberghs en Catharina Taeymans.
In 1701 staat in het pachtboek: Alsoo den voors. pachter (A. Vloebergh)in veele voorgaende jaeren geene de minste quytscheldingen heeft gehadtsoo over miswasch van graenen, hagelslach, sterven van bestialen alsandere pachters soo wordt uyt dese consideratie aan hem geremitteert desomme van 389 gld.'
In 1703: 'Item wordt uyt consideratie van een bunder bempts verdronkensonder eenich profijt daervan genoten te hebben geremitteert 168 gld en10 stv. Item over het houden ende betaelen van sauvegaerden totbehoudenisse van de hoeve wordt geremitteert 174 gld.'
In het 14e register (folio 42 verso) wordt gemeld: 'Vennehoeve, tweededeel: Adriaen Heijns. 'Jan Heyns Adriaenssone is gesuccedeert in dezehoeve A 1706'.
