Notes about Alexander Adriaensen

Joannes Adriaensen werd, als zoon van Adrianus en van Van Roey Lucia, geboren te Rijkevorsel op 2 oktober 1756. Zijn vrouw ging hij zoeken in Brecht, waar hij op 9 september 1788 in de echt werd verbonden met Catharina (of Anna Catharina) Wouters, die aldaar werd geboren op 7 juli 1763, als dochter van Joannes en van Anna Maria Cornelissen. Jacobus Cornelissen en Adrianus Petri Goris waren de getuigen bij dit huwelijk. Het jonge paar vestigde zich in de Cloosterstraet » te Sint-Lenaarts. Hij werd landbouwer van beroep en hij overleed in zijn woning, gelegen in de Kloosterstraat, op 19 augustus 1832. Zijn echtgenote volgde hem in de eeuwigheid op 5 april 1837. Hun tien kinderen vonden we in de parochieregisters van Sint-Lenaarts en van Brecht : 1. Anna Maria, " St.-Lenaarts op 28-12-1788 (peter: Henricus Adriaensen, meter: Anna Marie ). Zij huwde te Brecht op 27 april 1819 met Adrianus Simeons, ' Loenhout op 26-7-1794 als zoon van Bernardus en van Elisabeth Van Dyck. Zij overleed in haar woning op het gehucht Overbroeck te Brecht op 19 maart 1861. 2. Joannes Franciscus, ° St.-Lenaarts op 30-5-1790 (peter: Joannes Wouters uit Brecht, meter: Maria Peeters uit Oostmalle), werd landbouwer van beroep. Hij bleef ongehuwd en overleed te St.-Lenaarts op 1-8-1850 in de woning ter plaatse « den Henxbroeck ». 3. Adrianus, ° St.-Lenaarts op 15-11-1791 (peter: Adrianus Adrianssen uit Rijkevorsel, meter: Anna Maria Wouters uit Brecht). * 4. Alexander, ° St.-Lenaarts op 5-11-1793 (peter: Adrianus Wens, meter: Elisa Wouters uit Brecht) : volgt onder VII. 5. Anna Catharina werd geboren te St.-Lenaarts op 25-8-1795 (peter: Adrianus Bogaers, meter: Maria Catharina Van den Kieboom). Zij huwde te Brecht op 11 mei 1824 met Matheus Joannes Renders, landbouwer, die geboren werd te Brecht op 27-6-1779 als zoon van Petrus en van Maria Van Aerden. 6. Joannes Franciscus, ° St.-Lenaarts op 6-7-1797 (peter: Joannes Franciscus Wensch, meter : Elis. Bogaerts). 7. Joanna, ° Brecht op 13-8-1798, die op 21 mei 1828 in haar geboortedorp in het huwelijk trad met Matheus Van Looveren, ° Loenhout op 19-7-1797, als zoon van Michaël en van Anna Catharina Augustijns. 8. Lucia, ° Brecht op 6-12-1800 en gehuwd te Brecht op 21-5-1828 met Matheus Van Ham, ° Brecht op 4-6-1802 als zoon van Petrus en van Maria Broumels. 9. Franciscus, ° Brecht op 20-2-1803, werd landbouwer van beroep, bleef ongehuwd en overleed te Brecht op 30-3-1824 in de woning van zijn ouders, gelegen in de Kloosterstraat, genaamd « De Bosschen ». 10. Anna Corneli, ° Brecht op 19-2-1805, huwde te Brecht op 13-4-1831 met Petrus Joannes Van Riel, landbouwer, geboren te Brecht op 28-12-1792, zoon van Jan Franciscus en van Joosen Joanna Maria, landbouwers. Petrus Joannes Van Riel overleed te St.-Lenaarts op 16-8-1858 en Anna Cornelia Adriaensen volgde haar man in de eeuwigheid op 7-3-1871, toen zij overleed in haar woning « Leege Weg » te Sint-Lenaarts. Hun zoon Joannes Franciscus (° 21-10-1834) was eigenaar en uitbater van de mooie « Rielhoeve » op het gehucht Tereik in Wuustwezel.
