Notes about Petrus 't Syen

Petrus en Henrica huurde de Uitschoolhoeve vanaf half maart 1655, voor de som van: Dertig viertelen coren, zeven veertelen gerst en zes veertelen boekwijt. Aan geld betaalde hij honderd gulden. volgens de acte afgesloten op 20 augustus 1654. De acte is door Petrus onderschreven met een vervormde X. De omvang van de grond was als volgt; 16 hectaren akkerland, 21,3 hectaren weide, heide en eusels (wild veld) en 2 hectaren hooiwas. Als men dan bedenkt dat dit alles in de nabijheid van de hoeve gelegen was, kan men zich de voornaamheid van de hoeve indenken. Hij huurde de hoeve tot 1682 acte II, 288.
