Martinus Engberts is hoofdmomber over de kinderen van Wolter Luinge. Aanname dat zijn eerste echtgenote een zuster is van Wolter Luinge.

1 Verklaring door de mombers over Barteld, Willem Willems, Frerik en Roelof Luinge, nagelaten kinderen van Jacop Ebbinge, dat Jacop in 1711 aan Egbert Jans, Mulder te Peize, en zijn vrouw Grietyn Martinus een staakhoop hoppeland gelegen achter Wemelmoejenhof (te Peize) verkocht heeft en dat zij de kooppenningen ontvangen hebben, 1713 (de vier eerstgenoemden zijn de mombers en niet de nagelaten kinderen).
In 1754 verkoopt Martinus Engberts aan Roelof Luinge (Noord) een twaalfde part in een plaats tot Peize.
