Schepenprotocol Groenlo no. 42, Morgengave 12 juni 1604:
Gosselich ter Bucht genandt Antingh tr. Arendt the Gaspenfelt; deze laatste heeft als voorkinderen bij Arndt Emundtz van Maijseick: 1. Emundt en 2. Griten.
Hieruit blijkt, dat de in mijn vraag vermelde Arendt Emundtz een relatie had met Groenlo, gelegen vlak bij Ottenstein, waar was geboren zijn vermoedelijke schoonzoon Gerrit Jansen, de waarschijnlijke stamvader der huidige Van Dockum's.
Tevens maken deze gegevens meer aannemelijk, dat Arndt Emundtz de stamvader is van de militairen Van Dockum te Groenlo.
