1438 - In 1438 kochten Albert, de toenmalige hofhorige naar den Goede Besselinck? en zijn vrouw Wendele het erve vrij van Hertog Arnolt van Gelre; het werd omgezet in een tijnsgoed, Arnolt heeft in die tijd veel meer goederen vrijgemaakt, want hij had geld nodig.
