- als geboorteplaats is bij overlijden genoemd Rigewalde of Rigwalde; dit zou Rügenwalde kunnen zijn, dat nu in Kreis Schlawe (Polen, naam Dalowo/Derlow) ligt maar meer voor de hand ligt de kreis Regenwalde in de provincie Pommeren (zie kreis-indeling 1939: Polen ten oosten van Stargard Szczecinski; nu in Pools geheten Resko). In het doopboek Rügenwalde komt hij niet voor, dus is Regenwalde een betere keuze..!
- voorafgaande aan zijn overlijden woonde hij bij jongste zoon Adrianus in huis. Deze tekende zijn naam al als Siebel..!
- was van beroep sjouwer en pottenbakker
