Compareerde voor ons Michiel Smolders scholtis, Peter Hulskens en Dirck Engels schepenen des gerichts ende heerlijckheyt Helden, Christian Scherders ende Joanna Roosen ehel, de welcke hebben verclaert bij forma van erffscheydinge en deylinge verkocht, gecedeert ende getransporteert te hebben, gelijck vercoopen, cedeeren en transporteeren aen en ten erffelijcken behoeve van Francis Stammen ende Michiel van Wis als mede deelhebberen alsulck vijffdedeel met ap- en dependentiën, last en onlast als haer comparanten in ’t onverdeylde goet thoe Roosen gent (=genoemt/genant) gelegen onder de hertschappe Aggel is competeerende, ende sulcx voor eene somme van dry hondert en ses guldens Cleefs, alreets ontvangen ende betaelt.
Dyenvolgens hebben wij scholtis de voorss transportanten van ’t geseyde vijffdedeel ontvest, ontgoet ende onterft, ende daer aen ende inne gevest, gegoet ende geërft de voorgemelte Francis Stammen ende Michiel van Wis, die daer aen ende inne gevest, gegoedt ende geërft sullen blijven nu en ten eeuwigen dage.
Sullende den aenvanck bij de acceptaten wesen op nieuwe jaer 1762. Den heere en een ieders goethebbende recht voorbehouden.
In oirconde dat alles als voorss voor ons scholtis ende schepenen is beleden en geaffirmeert, hebben wij dese acte van transport, beneffens onsen secris, eygenhandigh onderteeckent tot Helden, den 28e sept 1761.
