1mo is besproken ende geaccordeert dat Gerard Engels voor sijnen arbeydt ten behoeve van onsen vader gedaen in plaetse van huyre voor aff uyt de gereede goederen sal profyteeren de bijen mettet aencleven van dyen ende daer en boven het nieuw bedde met sijn toebehoor, het welck den selven met sijn vrouwe tegenwoordigh in 't gebruyck heeft. 2dens vermits Jan Jeuken uytten generalen boedel door onsen vader Sill Gommans is worden geavanceert dry malder rogge en een malder boeckweyt, sal Gerit Engels desgelijcks oock voor aff proufyteeren, ende sulcx alles naer doot van onsen voornoemden vader.
