Aard van beletsel bloedverwantschap in de derde graad rakend aan de tweede (zie bijgevoegd schema). Redene van dispensatie: Martina is zwanger en zou als ongehuwde moeder gediscremineerd worden en geen middelen van bestaan hebben tenzij door dit huwelijk. Tevens wordt om dispensatie van de huwelijksafkondiging verzocht.
