Alsoo door het overliden van Peter Cuipers des selfs goederen waeren vervallen aen de bloedt verwanten, soo heeft Wilm Cuipers ende Gerart Beurskens als broeder ende swager van den overledene Peter des selfs goederen gedeelt, sonder de kinderen van Marij Cuipers, suster van den overledenen, daer in te erkennen. Waer op 't gerichte heeft aengestelt voor de onmundige kinderen van wilen Marij Cuipers Peter Gubbels alias Cuipers, den jongen Jan Dryssen als ende verede momboirs. Ende door d'attestentie* vant gerichte, soo hebben de momboirs den voorss Wilm Cuipers ende Gerart Beurskens genotsackt de kinderen van Marij Cuipers met haer in te laeten treden in de naerlaetenschap van den overledene Peter Cuipers.

Soo sijn de selve overcomen door tussensprecken van de schepenen Peter Crommentuin ende Peter Gommans, beyde present, als dat de onmundigen sullen hebben voor haer deel hondert pattacons tot Besel, hondert gulden bij de wede Peter Gommans alias Brouwer, neuwen cours, aen Joannes Verhaegh hondert viftin gulden alden cours, ende aen Gerart Beurskens ende Ida Cuipers viffensestigh gulden alden cours, 't welck is vervallen vervallen den eersten april 1716, gelick ock Wilm Cuipers aen sijn swager ende suster voornomt heft 65 gulden alden cours, verschinende ock op den 2 april 1716. Ende den voornomden Gerart Beurskens ende Ida Cuipers haer daer voor verbindende haere aengekoghte goederen ende gereede, soo hebbende ende verkrigende.
In oircondt der waerheyt soo hebben de partijen desen contrackt, beneffens de schepenen, eygenhandigh onderss. Actum Helden, den 2 april 1716.
