Condt ende kennelijck zije hier mede dat op heden dato ondergess is beraemt ende gesloten de volgende houwelijcks voorwaerden, tusschen den eersaemen Wilm Peulen weduwenaer toecommende bruydegom ter eenre, ende Christina Verhaegh wede als bruydt ter ander sijde, beydersijdts geassisteert bij d'ondergess vrienden ende getuygen.
Eerstelijck is besproken dat overmits den bruydegom ende bruydt jeder besonder kinderen hebben van voorgaende houwelijcken, dat de selve voorkinderen egal in de gereede goederen bij de lestlevende, 't zie bruydegom ofte bruydt naer te laeten, beneffens de kinderen soo in desen houwelijck mochte verweckt worden, sullen wesen en deelen.
Tweedens bij aldyen eenige der voorkinderen mochte tot staeth commen, sal aen de selve – is 't mogelijck – een uytsettinge gegeven worden, alle welck oock in desen val aen de naerkinderen d'een niet minder als d'ander sal geschieden, alles egaelijck.
Derdens overmits het gereede aen de langhst levende verblijft, is bevoorwaert dat indyen de langhst levende hun andermaels mochte ten houwelijck begeven, van gemelten gereede aen de voorkinderen ende de kinderen in desen ehestandt verweckt, sal overleveren pertinenten staeth en inventaris, de welcke naer der selver langhst levende doot op hun instantelijck sullen devolveeren, sonder dat daer van iets aen een of ander volgende houwelijck can of magh worden gebracht.
In waerheyts oirconde hebben wij toecommende bruydegom en bruydt, beneffens d'aenwesende vrienden en getuygen, eygenhandigh onderteeckent en bevestigt tot Helden den 6e aprilis 1779.
