Soo is versproecken ende gecondyttionert in teghen wordycheyt voorss scheepenen dat Pouwels voorss maeckt ende gheft aen synen schoen sooen Wilm Jacops ende Anna Evers eheluiden die gereyde guederen, die welcke hy deser tyt is hebbende ende vercryghende. Ende vorts die guederen dye welcke hy met Wilmen ende Anna voorss gewonnen heft, all waer hy cracht ende maecht over heft. Daer en boven is versproecken allen dye scheult die Pouwels gemaeckt heft hy bevorens, datum als boven, in acht vervolgende jaren tyt, die moet Wilm ende Anna eheluiden voorss betaelen. Ende daer voor ghelovende Wilm ende Anna eheluden voorss haeren vader onderhaelt te doen synen leeffdaech lanck in eeten ende dryncken, in cleeden ende reyen, in wassen ende wringhen, in lynen ende weullen, in slapen ende waecken, voorts feur ende lyecht, in ghesontheyt ende kranckheyt, ende te doen aen haeren vader ghelyck een kynt is scheuldich te doen aen hare eelderen. Ende dat voor enen tyt soo lange den Heer hem comt halen. Ende noch is versproecken dat Wilm ofte Anna voorss den ennen voor den anderen quaem te sterven, den lest levende sall ghehalden syn haren vader voorss te onderhalden.
