Alsoo Gerardt Zeelen salr in sijn leven sijne goederen hadde overgegeven aen sijnen soone Marcelis Zeelen, uyt reden dat hij soodanigh door sijne crediteurs wierde overvallen, dat hij in sijnen ouden dagh niet in staet en was om sijne goederen, huysinge ende landerijen in staet te houden.
Ende overmits de noch twee kinderen met naeme Dirick Zeelen ende Marij Zeelen, die getrouwt is met Caspar van der Velden, van hun aenpart der goederen noch geenen affstandt gedaen en hadden, soo ist dat sij t'samen sijn geconvenieert ende overkomen van hun gedeelte der selver goederen affstandt te doen ende te abandonneeren, soo als gedaen hebben mits desen, aen de kinderen erffgenamen ofte kinderen van voorss Marcelis Zeelen salr, verweckt bij Marij Jenne Watrypont, nochtans mits dese conditie, dat de voorss kinderen ofte dessens moeder Marij Jenne voorss tot een gedachtenisse sullen geven aen Derick ende Marij Zeelen voorgemelt ieder twee pattecons.
Des ter oirkonde hebben sij dit eygenhandigh onderteeckent tot Helden, den 22 July 1737.
