Comende ter dispositie van haere tijdelijcke goederen soo ordineeren ende disponeeren sij aen Petronella van Nienhuys, natuyrlijcke dochter van Frans van Nienhuys, hun huys, schuur, hoff ende landerijen soo bouw als weylandt, groot ongeveer sesthien en eenen halven morgen, gelegen in den Heuvelhoeck, ende den hoefslagh bemdt gelegen tusschen de dijcken, groot ongeveer eenen morgen.
Item noch vijftigh gulden staende tot laste des dorps Helden, ende achtentwintigh gulden vier stuyvers staende tot laste van Jacob Jeucken te Zeelen, welcke sij geven aen Petronella voorss vast ende erffelijck naer haer beyde testamenteurs doodt, voor haeren arbeydt ende getrouwen dienst aen haer testamenteurs gedaen ende noch sal doen.
Ende hier tegen sal Jan Gielen voorss van het dorpsgeldt vooraff hebben voor sijnen ingebrachten hylixpenningh ingevolgh hylixvoorwaerde ad hondert pattecons. Item noch hondert pattecons voor Scharder landt, ende noch vijffentwintigh pattecons voor het landt het welcke wij van de erffge-
naemen Maes Jeucken gebuydt hebben, ende de rest van het dorpsgeldt.
Ende het geene wij noch konnen komen te prospereren, sal blijven aen de langhstlevende te weeten aen Jan Gielen ende Margarita van Nienhuys voorss.
