Op 30 maart 1679 worden huwelijksevoorwaarden opgemaakt tussen Jacob Gerrits van der Kooy, meerderjarige jongeman wonende aan het Zuideinde van Delfgauw en Neeltge Walingh, meerderjarige dochter wonende op de Schie. Er zal geen gemeenschap van goederen zijn, een inventaris zal opgemaakt worden van wat elk inbrengt.

O.R.A. Nootdorp, 27. Op 15 augustus 1683 wordt een testament opgemaakt door Jacob Gerrits van der Kooy en Neeltje Walinghs Groenheide, wonende Nieuwkoop onder Pijnacker. De langstlevende is universeel erfgenaam, de legitieme portie van de kinderen is 100 gulden, Voogden zijn: de langstlevende; Dirk Gerrits van der Kooy en Corns Simons de Bij, zijn broer en zwager en Bastiaan en Pleunis Walinghs Groenheide, haar broers.
