War bei der Ehe mit Gerarda Sanders schon Witwer. Möglicherweise war die erste Ehe die mit Elisabeth Piron (18 November 1792, Asperden). Sie bekommen zwei Kinder in Goch am 25 November 1792 und 29 November 1793. Ihr Sterbedatum habe ich leider nicht gefunden.
