Franciscus Th. was o.a. mede-eigenaar van een huis, hok, erf en bouwland te Vrillikhoven in Liempde, samen met Cornelis de Laat, gep. spoorwegbeambte te Liempde (1926,1932). Op 20 juni 1923 koopt Franciscus van mevr. Maria Francisca van Lanschot won. te Den Haag een perceel genaamd den Hoekkamp 2 ha, 70 a. en 90 ca. voor f 1100,= (Openbare verkoping in de Liempdse Barriere)
